We are a Federally & Provincially funded Government program that has been assisting youth in Southern Manitoba Canada since 1998. We have offices in Manitoba at locations in the Morris, Altona, Winkler, & Morden areas.

BASIC CRITERIA FOR PARTICIPATION:

ARE YOU?

• 16 to 29 years of age
• Not attending High School
• Unemployed or Underemployed
• In need of assistance to overcome employment barriers
• In need of access to resources

Mentors work one on one with clients with

• Putting together an action plan
• Providing motivational support
• Creating better work ethics
• Time management
• Budgeting
• Interview techniques
• Job search skills
• Job maintenance
• Getting work experience

Coordinator, Mentor and Individuals work together as a team, towards growth within themselves.

The Creating A Future program is a unique program that starts working with clients at the place where they are at, from there, we assist client's to build themselves up and support them all the way as partners.
